Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with musicv. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which issues refunds.
Creator subscription
If Creator isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you'll get the full amount back. Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep Creator until the end of the period you paid for.
Single release
If you can't export your unlocked song because of a problem on our side, and we can't fix it, we refund the full amount. Ask within 14 days of buying.
How to ask
Email support@musicvisu.online with the email you paid with, or use the Help button in the app. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 days.
