Terms of Service
musicv (musicvisu.online) is a web app that turns songs into music videos. It is run by Mengstab Ketemaw, Ethiopia ("we"). By using musicv you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an account to save projects, transcribe lyrics and buy a plan. Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
Your music and pictures
You keep all rights to the songs, pictures and lyrics you upload, and to the videos you make. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you (for example, to transcribe lyrics). Only upload material you own or have permission to use. We remove material when we're told it infringes someone's rights.
Fair use
Don't use musicv to break the law, to harm others, to attack or overload the service, or to get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and payments
The Free plan costs nothing; its videos are 720p with a small "made with musicv" mark. Creator is a monthly or yearly subscription; a Single release is a one-time payment that unlocks one project. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, taxes and invoices, and provides customer service for those matters.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from My projects → Manage subscription; you keep Creator until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are described in our refund policy.
The service
We work hard to keep musicv running and your projects safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. Videos are rendered in your own browser, so speed depends on your device. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia.
